Online Orders

How do I place an order? Placing an order is easy. Please follow these steps:

  • Add the item you would like to purchase by clicking Add to shopping bag.
  • Select the quantity of items.
  • Select your shipping method.
  • Click checkout and complete your payment and billing information.
  • Press submit only once and your order will be complete.
  • You will receive your purchase confirmation via email.

Is my credit card information secure?

For your security, your credit card information is encrypted. If you suspect unauthorized use of your credit card, please notify your credit card provider immediately. Please notify us as well in order to help resolve your claim.

You do not pay sales tax, unless you ship to New York State.

Return Policy

What is your return policy?

All returns require pre-authorization. Please contact us at customerservice@katiewongnyc.com before returning any items.

All of our products are carefully inspected before shipping. If you are not fully satisfied with your merchandise, please return your item within 30 days of purchase. You will be refunded for the cost of the item including taxes.

Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

All orders require one business day (Monday - Friday) to process before shipping. The tracking number will be available when you sign in to My Account. It will be posted after items have been shipped.

Can I pay for shipping C.O.D. (cash on delivery)?

Unfortunately, we do not accept C.O.D. All purchases, shipping, and handling must be paid at the time of purchase.

Gift Services

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we offer eGift cards delivered directly to the recipient's email address. Select eGift Card from the Gifts menu. eGift Cards are available in any amount between $25 and $300.

Can my items be gift wrapped?

We currently do not offer wrapping services. However, we will gladly add a gift message along with your package. We will keep you posted on future updates.
