Return PolicyWe want your shopping experience with Katie Wong NYC to be a great one. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

All returns require pre-authorization. Please contact us at customerservice@katiewongnyc.com before returning any items.

All of our products are carefully inspected before shipping. Merchandise must be returned unused in its original condition and original packaging (including tags and instruction inserts), along with your purchase receipt.

Please return merchandise through an insured carrier (UPS, Fedex or USPS).

Note: We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

All special order sales are final.
